lol. i just love structures.
i always thought i will be an architect until i signed the petronas contract. then its like, goodbye architecture, hello engineering.

here are some of the pictures i snapped with my motorola c650. its no fancy a gadget so im really sorry about the quality of the pictures.

first is the innards of times square. its amazing how they designed times square. like the two-main-floors concept. ive got no idea how to describe. lol. =P



second's genting. i think its the first world hotel. canggih eih? i wonder how much math they did to design something like that.



third is the bukit jalil stadium. lots of coconut trees and canvas (or at least i think its canvas). the stairs are pretty as well.





fourth's a highway. you dont get to be in a place like that often to snap a photo. lol. its really amazing how a pillar like that can support something that big, plus thousands of cars everyday. wonders of physics. =) the pedestrian bridge is one of a kind as well.





last is utp. the great canopy. i just love the way its designed. hail norman foster (if i spelled his name correctly).





there are still awfully many pictures that i can post.
but hmm..
with my ever faithful and slow 56k dial up modem (no complains) =P ..
i guess its not a good idea at all.

anyways, went to watch sinking of japan.
it was great. it was superb. i thought its more like an ultraman tiga thingee but hey, its really a great show. like that duet song, pretty meaningful geh and melodic too.

i so think im going to watch that again. whee.

one word: creepy.. erm no.. crappy.

lol. actually not that bad-la for a malaysian movie. too much empty scenes, as in lots of silence. i think it should be rated 'FKO' instead of 18PL by our oh-so-GREAT censorship board.

amber chia looked pretty pretty, minus the one time i thought she was asleep while practising psychology because of her heavy make up.

night at the museum.

its a classic. same old ben stiller; good comedy, great expressions, crazy jokes. but i kind of fell asleep while watching it. guilty weh. i blame the nocturnal part of me. =P

the guardian.

lol i think i shouldnt elaborate much about it since its still fresh in the cinema list. later kena beating(s). the trailer is pretty misleading because the 'thing' that happened in the trailer is only a small part of the movie. very small. =). story is quite long though; 2 1/2 hours.
i rate A! near A+ already. =P

lol. wasnt really what i expected from cheung kah fai (i think i mispelled his name). my impression of him was; dirty jokes, crazily cool acting, funny actions, bla bla. this time, he kind of played serious. he conned him, him conned he, she too got involved and conned all, and con here con there, then he died. like that. not a great movie to watch though for me. =)

whoa, too much a critic again. huhu.
anyways, its just me giving some feedbacks, how i felt about the movies i watched.
dont feel offended in any ways if i (ter) insult your honey actresses or pretty boy actors.

i think im made to watch the guardian again tomorrow. huhu.

today is really a weird weird day. weird.



mom woke me up by calling my mobile using my house phone. we were in the same house.
mom's weird number one.

mom said theres a 11.00 am show in a mall. so we went and found out that its actually a 11.30 pm show.
mom's weird number two.

i suddenly popped out a cuckoo question to daddy on the way to the mall:
"what happens if the screws that hold the tyres are further apart from each other?"
he started talking about weird stuffs - safe load thingees then i dont understand anymore.
weird number three: daddy and i.

killer trees? they provide precious oxygen and they label 'em killer trees?
their idea is that trees kill because they root beside roads. and humans like them so much that they drive straight into them, crash, and die.
man, come on. why blame the trees? blame the reckless drivers.
now they plan to 'deforest' the roads and start planting
bamboos instead. sigh, what good solution. watch out. might be able to see a panda or two cuddling on the roads of malaysia soon.

weird number five:
there was once i witnessed a money reload thingee of an atm machine in a bank. so two personnels from an unarmoured van with a large normal canvas bag went into the bank. there was only a guard, an old and sleepy one equipped with a shotgun. so they
unlocked the atm machine and did their reload thing. so so unsecured the process.



hundreds of thousands of ringgit; a guard, two personnels and a van? nice one. no wonder criminals are so dang filthy rich.
this is what happens when organizations go stingy:



there was once in the papers when security companies complaint that the banks are only paying them rm 20-rm30 to transfer money around the state. jeopardizing thousands for tens. stingy and foolish.
