jim, wenli and the city 2.0

good day mate~!
sorry ive been away for a while.
okay i shall continue with jim, wenli and the city 2.0. this is going to be a *helluva* long post. =P


bridge to somewhere. =P

em after sunnybanks, wenli brought me back to the city for shopping. nothing much actually. its like going into town for a few times, not familiar and still wah-wah-whee-whee-ing. most of them buildings here are very artistically built. at least i think they are. some of them erected very beautifully, some very flaccidly. =P i think im thinking dirty.


queenstreet's somewhere in there.

queenstreet is actually the heart of the city. so to entertain us tourists and new comers, they occasionally perform stuffs here like bands etc. even their (i dont know what to call them) very classy one. they wear formal clothes, bring out their super shiny saxophone/violin and play around town. and people will just throw some money into the instrument's casing lor. maybe theyre just playing because theyre passionate gua. =) but heck it, theyre *daymm* good.

oh and cherlynn, theres loads of pretty and handsome brunettes and brutes here. =P big, strong, but maybe not green.

citycat ride

the whole brisbane city actually revolves around this U shape brisbane river. according to mrs orientation et al, the river got sharks one ah, dont play play and commute around swimming. thats why they have those citycats to bring passengers around. citycats are cute, but like my friend asked, why citycat ar? lol. ive got no idea myself.
maybe they just like the idea of cats swimming into the city, since there arent any there.



okay, and after that, wenli brought me to southbank via citycat. southbank is another artistic place with some high rise buildings. most important of all, the CINEMA is here. *applause* the cheapest cinema la that is in town. AUD5 per concession ticket. anyways, the cinema's alright. =) theres a huge park as well, along the river banks where the angmohs go cycling and jogging.

i seriously have no idea how they can manage to wear them tights and go cycling or jogging because in the evenings, its like *daymm* cold. oh yeah, cyclists here must wear helmet de. if not, kena fine aud 75. imagine wearing jeans, spikey hair and all and you pop in a helmet. =P

after southbank, we went to riverside. the names all super *gempak* one right. southbank, riverside, fortitude valley. lol. actually nothing much in riverside. theres lots of fine dining, heaps of expensive restaurant. we took like *helluva* lot pictures already. =P


pancake manors!

wenli recommended this pancake shop, the pancake manors. they serve extra delicious pancakes she said. and so we ordered this chocolate jewels. yeah, like its name, heavily chocolated pancakes swimming in chocolate sauce and chocolate ice cream topping. maybe its cheap for the aussies here because the 2 slices of pancake actually cost aud 12. but heck it, its *daymm* good. =P

so after riverside and awfully lots of camwhoring, lol, we went back to our homes. =) lol really have to grab this opportuinity to thank wenli for becoming my tour guide already.

and so that marks the end of jim, wenli and the city. sorry if its getting boring. =) more uploads to come. stay tuned. oh and semesters going to start so soon. got to put a stop to them travelling for a while already. huhu.



and oh yeah, i didnt grow anywhere thinner. not even near. i just *look* thin in that picture. lol. dont tease me when you all see me later in december aiite. >.<
