the ant hunter
1. ant - semut
2. grass - rumput
3. rabbit - arnab
4. snail - siput babi
5. parasite - parasit
okay, back in elementary school, we actually learn that lion, our cute-hairy-sometimes-fat-but-still-adorable-cat king of the jungle will most of the time conquer the top of the pyramid geh when it comes to a normal animal chain cycle.
but today, jim the zoologist discovers something unusual.
never once he thought (or will ever think) that those 5 mentioned above creatures actually form a cycle too. in fact a very weird one wei.
this weird parasite, termed the brain-eater (picture a cannibal beside you) by some people, actually resides in an ant's brain. yeah, ant's brain. like what the heck right? ill tell you how in the world the parasit can actually get inside that slimy brain later.
not only that this puny microscopic thing lives in the ant's brain, it will actually consume it gradually until its squeeky and clean and finally cast some abrab-i-mind-control-you-kadabra spell and actually BE the ant.
so this ant will be brain dead; meaning its respiratory system and everything else will still work perfectly fine but it wouldnt know what its doing. the parasite will command the poor ant to do this:
dont laugh at my drawing ey! >.<
just picture that the green thing is actually grass, and the red thing is the ant. and so the ant will literally cling on the tip of the grass using it's (mouth?).. you know that two beak like mouth for MORE THAN 8 WEEKS if there are no hungry rabbits straying around.
okay. now rabbits. a hungry-cute rabbit will actually eat the ant (since when rabbit eat ants right?) and starts processing black pearls. halfway before that, the parasite will lay millions of eggs, apparently, and when the rabbit do its big business, the eggs will be sprayed on the soil.
and now snails. hungry snails, who go around sniffing for food slimily and slowly, will actually consume those delicious black pearls, and start processing their own slimy drops. the internal fluid of the snails act as mommy's milk and the young parasites will grow. and because they dont have toilets, the poo everywhere.
and somehow, yeah. back to ants. snail poos are apparently ants' abalone. they gobble and wobble them nicely and finally, the cycle repeats again with them parasites abrakadabra-ing the ants and what not.
refreshing eih? so this poo consuming processes keep repeating until the end of the world. and proly one day, these parasites will evolve and start eating human brains and control them. now you can try picturing zombie people biting flag poles, waiting for God-knows-what to eat em.
crazy world.

Ahhh! Scary thought.
You know what-you should consider doing Parasitology! I am taking the crappy subject this year and we learn the crappy life cycle for over 50-100 creatures.. Damn!
what came first, the parasite or the ant?
