There, this update is as of 12th December 2011 to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct in Putrajaya, Malaysia. Feel free to google. lol. I've been hustling and bustling around the internet to find nothing much. Actually, www.kln.gov.my is quite explanatory but let me summarize:

1. Go to www.kln.gov.my, register and fill up the Certificate of Good Conduct form. Print two copies.
2. Two passport sized pictures.
3. Print the declaration form (two copies) from the website and get it stamped by the Commisioner of Oath.
4. Two copies of passport (endorsed by the receptionist in the ministry).
5. Two copies of I/C (endorsed by the receptionist in the ministry).
6. MYR 20 for application. MYR 4 for each Commisioner of Oath stamp.

Tip #1: There is a commisioner of oath in the Palace of Justice 5 minutes drive from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building, Putrajaya.
Tip #2: There is a computer (with internet) and a printer in the reception area (but don't count on it, it's free).
Tip #3: Lunch time: 1230-1400 Malaysian time, if you know what I mean.
Tip #4: Dress appropriately; no hot pants, short skirts, sleeveless and shorts.
Tip #5: You'll only get a number once all your documents are compiled.
Tip #6: There's free wifi! Now that's something you don't see often!
Tip #7: Be patient. It's government service. *wink*
